Welcome to the Nelson Elite online registration system
(U9 Academy & Select)

Payment is required at registration and must be paid by Visa, Mastercard or e-check online. If you do not have a Visa, Mastercard or want to do an e-check contact the select commissioner to make other arrangements. (Payment must be made before your child will be placed on a team.)

Registration fees include coaches, insurance, maintenance, referee, league and administrative fees. Does not include uniform or tournament fees

FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE AFTER THE PLAYER IS ASSIGNED TO A TEAM.

Registration Fees:

U-9 Academy $120 for single season with uniform

Nelson Elite Select Teams
Fall Season Fee only, does not include spring season.
U-10 $220
U-11 $245
U-12 $270
U-13 $300
U-14 $300

Does not include uniform, tournament fees or miscellaneous coaches fees.

U15/U16/U17/U18: For these older teams the fee is $60 but does not include coaches fee/tournament fees. The coach or team manager will collect these fees from you.

Please fill out Medical Release Form below and bring to your child's first practice and give to the coach or team manager. Will need to be notarize
